Now, I would post weekly, possibly on every Friday evening, or Saturday Evening. </p><h3 style="text-align: left;">At Home</h3><p>Now, quickly let me make an update on what I have experienced within the last week. While at home, I face no problem at all, even if my family member is standing right next to or behind me. So I am almost totally free from the Shy Bladder in my home environment.</p><h3 style="text-align: left;">At Outside</h3><p>I think the scenario is pretty much the same, as it has been in the last few months. I remember the two instances when I was successful this week. </p><p>The scenario in the one instance was that I had already started, and another person walked in, and I kept going. This happens almost every time, once I start it would keep coming. However, there still would be anxiety, but somehow it keeps going. Rarely it stops.</p><p>In the 2nd instance, I took my place at the urinal and almost at the same time another person took my place at the urinal and there was an empty place in the middle. There are partition walls but not up to the height of the head. I was able to urinate with no issue at all. In fact, I made a large sound with the urine, by forcing it out at a larger speed and volume. So when it touches the bowl, it made a splashing sound that everybody could hear in the bathroom. </p><p>Yes, there were failures as well, and I had to step into the closed-door urinals, where I am 100 % successful, always. </p><p>See you in the next week's post where in I will share my Shy Bladder success stories from the current upcoming week. Please leave a comment, if you have anything to say. </p><p>Thank you! </p><p><br /></p>Sanjay Sharmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13728855310168117244noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4046362132659515836.post-4005157121805719122023-08-15T02:17:00.003-07:002023-08-15T02:29:48.950-07:00My Daily Shy Bladder Journal - # 01<p style="--tw-border-spacing-x: 0; --tw-border-spacing-y: 0; --tw-ring-color: rgba(69,89,164,.5); --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-rotate: 0; --tw-scale-x: 1; --tw-scale-y: 1; --tw-scroll-snap-strictness: proximity; --tw-shadow-colored: 0 0 transparent; --tw-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-skew-x: 0; --tw-skew-y: 0; --tw-translate-x: 0; --tw-translate-y: 0; border: 0px solid rgb(217, 217, 227); box-sizing: border-box; color: #374151; font-family: Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, "Segoe UI", Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, "Noto Sans", sans-serif, "Helvetica Neue", Arial, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol", "Noto Color Emoji"; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.25em; white-space-collapse: preserve;"><span style="background-color: white;">Hi there,</span></p><p style="--tw-border-spacing-x: 0; --tw-border-spacing-y: 0; --tw-ring-color: rgba(69,89,164,.5); --tw-ring-offset-color: #fff; --tw-ring-offset-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-ring-offset-width: 0px; --tw-ring-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-rotate: 0; --tw-scale-x: 1; --tw-scale-y: 1; --tw-scroll-snap-strictness: proximity; --tw-shadow-colored: 0 0 transparent; --tw-shadow: 0 0 transparent; --tw-skew-x: 0; --tw-skew-y: 0; --tw-translate-x: 0; --tw-translate-y: 0; border: 0px solid rgb(217, 217, 227); box-sizing: border-box; color: #374151; font-family: Söhne, ui-sans-serif, system-ui, -apple-system, "Segoe UI", Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, "Noto Sans", sans-serif, "Helvetica Neue", Arial, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol", "Noto Color Emoji"; font-size: 16px; margin: 1.25em 0px; white-space-collapse: preserve;"><span style="background-color: white;">If you're reading this, I'm assuming that either you or someone you know is also struggling with Shy Bladder. I'm not entirely sure if it's helped alleviate my anxiety, but it certainly has allowed me to be more open about this condition. Whenever I get to know someone who happens to accompany me to the restroom, I take the opportunity to share my experience with them. I did this on my first day at my new job. Hi,<br />
How you doing? Its been a long time, about 3 months, and now I am here to post another article into this blog dedicated to spiritual and health issues. In the recent months, I noticed that my hairs had been getting thinner and also my hairline was receding backwards from the two top corners of my forehead.<br />
<br />
It was irritating to imagine myself as a bald man. I am only 27 years old, and it would be a shame if I become bald, oh my God!!, I thought!. What did I do? Well, I searched the internet to enlighten myself about the problem and find the remedies.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbeV4IzXYRIkg5NLvn8Ob80U7ad4dfLhUd5KfPL-i952OtVCKjOQauPCdJIHuyxTz-5Z8cuqTqiyyyfET_dy5-o7jP7eZTJ0fc882IpsiLjzp6MS_fuKjn5B4khfydf_bbc8i1BObNtOKy/s1600/Snapshot_20150207.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbeV4IzXYRIkg5NLvn8Ob80U7ad4dfLhUd5KfPL-i952OtVCKjOQauPCdJIHuyxTz-5Z8cuqTqiyyyfET_dy5-o7jP7eZTJ0fc882IpsiLjzp6MS_fuKjn5B4khfydf_bbc8i1BObNtOKy/s1600/Snapshot_20150207.JPG" height="259" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
First I tried to understand the hairs. As they say, hairs need protein to grow, and along with that they need other vitamins and minerals. These minerals reached the scalp of our head, with the help of blood. If blood circulation is not good, your hairs may become thin and weak due to the insufficient nutrients.<br />
<br />
So we need two things for having thick and shinier hairs:<br />
<br />
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li>Right amount of diet, containing the right nutrients required for hair growth, </li>
<li>A good blood circulation to our head, to carry them.</li>
</ol>
<div>
I wished that I could have collected the links of all the articles that I read, so as to give you the reference, but somehow, it didn't occur. Anyway, so what are the nutrients and foods that are required to get the nutrients into your body? Let's talk about protein, protein is found in nuts and beans, in eggs and meat. </div>
<br />
<br />
If you don't eat meat and eggs, then you have to rely on the beans, Soyabean is known to have the maximum protein, though it is not as pure as found in the eggs. Other than protein, for other nutrients, we advised to eat fruits such as Indian Gooseberry and olive, which are widely used to make the hair oils.<br />
<br />
For a better blood flow, we should eat iron rich diets and exercise daily. If exercising is not possible then, yoga might help, such as Sirsha-asana. Then I heard about Baba Ramdev's nail rubbing yoga. The four finger nails of the two hands are rubbed against each other in a brisk manner. People claim the hair fall stops, and new hairs are grown at the bald patches.<br />
<br />
Some articles suggest the use of the onion juice, mixed with curd etc.<br />
Some people ask you to apply the different products and lotions, but care should be taken, and no new article should be applied with the consent of a physician if possible.<br />
<br />
Although my hairs are thin since my childhood, but still I am relying on the Yoga, and eggs for a while, I will keep you updated, when I see the results. Please subscribe yourself to my blog, to get the updates.<br />
<br />
Thank you!</div>

Greetings!<br />
<br />
I hope you are doing great! Well, everyone knows that smoking kills, smoking is injurious to health, and it causes cancer and blah blah! who cares!!! Right?<br />
Today the situation is that many children from the 6th standards, when they don't know how to properly hold the pen, start holding those crutches. I don't know whom to blame! Should I blame the tobacco industry or the parents who are not able to give them the right direction or should I blame myself for not sharing my own story yet.<br />
<br />
I was only around 9 years old age, when I tried to smoke a Beedie. I and Sonu were classmates and neighbors, so we were together for almost whole of the day. I don't remember exactly whose idea was this, but we tried one beedie each, which we stole from a bundle kept by his grandfather in his sleeping room. <br />
<br />
That was the first real encounter that I ever have had at that age, but it was not the real smoking, because I never inhaled the smoke beyond the throat. It would have made me cough to death, if I had been doing so. This is a very long untold story, which I can not complete here, so I am writing it into a complete book, where I will share with the you the complete story.<br />
I will share with you the process of thoughts that made me leave this all behind and becoming a real happy person. I will try to make it an inspiration for those who need help with it;I will give you an in depth understanding of the shift in the thinking which took in my mind and changed me.<br />
<br />
Story goes till the age of 27 years, that is when I write this book after almost one and a half year of the freedom from this trap of smoking. Yes! I was genuinely able to say this to myself that this was my last cigarette. Many people say that line, but generally that's not sincere, and therefore they fail themselves. It is not that they really failed, all they need is a deep understanding of the steps to get the real desire to face the freedom and happiness, which I suppose they are afraid of.<br />
<br />
Thats all for now, I shall share the dates of the release and the link of the eBook once I finish it, till then please have patience. If you have anything useful, and worth sharing, please write in to me. I will really appreciate it.<br />
<br />
Thank you :)</div>

Hi, Life is busy, very busy, nobody want to waste a single minute, because its precious. It is hard to find the time for doing the things which are out of our routines, but there are people, who go to Satsangs, and meditate everyday. These people are the most happiest people, and they will not complain about time either.<div>
"Meditation can not be done, it happens, because meditation for me is to become thoughtless", I replied to Mr. Krishan Verma. We both were on the paper checking duty at JNGEC Sunder Nagar, and had a short introduction of each other. He told me that he have been connected with Akhil Bharatiya Santmat Satsang" since early ages of his teen period, because his father was linked with the organization.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Teaching is a line where one can find the time to do some other things, such as I do the blogging. He told me that he had the plans to visit a Satsang organized in Gujarat by the same organization. Then he offered me a cup of tea along with a talk with his uncle, who belong to Sunder Nagar itself. He told me that his uncle, who works as a Physics professor in MLSM College, Sunder Nagar, had been connected with the Satsang too.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
He was sure that once I talk to his uncle, it would help me a lot to understand about meditation and this organization, which would benefit me in my spiritual journey. We were to get free from the checking duty at 4:30 PM, so we drove directly to uncle's home. This was a fruitful meeting with Mr. Vivek Vaidya, h had been working with MLSM college Sunder Nagar since last 25 years, and was connected with this organization since many years. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
He offered me the introduction to the organization and told many stories from his friend circle. Those stories hiked my faith in the spirituality study and meditation studies.</div>
<div>
its I came to know about this biographical book titled "Shri Brijmohan Vachnamrit", written in Hindi in Hindi by Param Sant Mahatma Yashpal Ji Maharaj. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Thank you for your kind visit!</div>
</div>

Then you might have seen the procession of the local Devtas, carried on their Raths.Recently I got an opportunity to talk with the Gur(Priest) of the Rishi Garga-Acharya from the Nagwain region of Kullu district. Kullu has Dev-Pranali, almost each village has their own Devta, highly respected and worshipped.<br />

</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Had I been researching much about our Rishis, I could have asked better questions. He was a far uncle of Vinod, my neighbor at our Sunder Nagar residence. We were seated at Vinod's home at Bhadaeulli (Nagwain, Kullu) and I was ready to listen what his uncle had to offer from his bucket of knowledge. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
He told his story of how he got into this Gur status. Earlier, he had been working on his own, he had a light motor vehicle, and his work was good enough to earn his life. At the time one of his uncle from his family clan was the Gur of the Rishi Garga-Charya, and it was the time to shift the responsibility to someone younger from the same family clan. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The shifting of the responsibility from one Guru to next one is in the hands of the Dev. Someone from the gathered crowd would be chosen as the way of expression of the Dev's decision. This phenomenon is locally known as "Khel", it is believed that the Dev gets into the body of a person, and speaks his mind. For someone from psychology field, this might appear as hypnotism, but that is how it works. You may call that the hypnotized or hypnotizer would pick someone new from the same family clan as the next Gur.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This time it was Vinod' uncle, chosen as the next Gur. I asked him, that what might be the reason that only he was chosen, I expected him to blabber a little, but he simply answered that this was Dev's choice. Okay, then my next inquiry was that how much he believed in his Dev, and what he thought of our ancient Rishis. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
He replied " Rishi mean Research", I was amazed at this answer. I think what he meant is clear enough, what our Rishis did was a pure research. They searched and then researched a lot, that is why that they were able to present the first most texts in the world, such as Vedas, Upnishads, smritis and Shrutis were produced.</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
Today, when we find that those written texts are the basics of so many world religions, shows the kind of wisdom those saints hold after the meditation and research. I don't have much knowledge of the Rishis and have not either read any of our ancient texts, but read the references of them given by people such as Mahatma Gandhi. </div>

Hi, How you doing?<br />
<br />
Finally I made it, I wrote an eBook on the subject which I am writing here about, since last few years. Paruresis aka Shy Bladder is a phobia which can occur to anyone, at any age, but generally people in their teenages are more prone to it.<br />
<br />
I myself was just of about 10 years old when I encountered it with for the first time. you hide it more it may start building itself more and more. I was searching for a fast and cheap reach to a book, I stumbled upon a book written by Dr. Steven Soifer but it was in hard cover, then I come across an eBook written buy a guy named Jake Rubin.<br />
<br />
I read many articles and posts on the forums and videos on youtube, with each read and watch I had been building a deeper understanding of this phobia. I started talking to my friends about it, and my rate of posting online also increased. In the last few years (3-4) I have observed myself for a change, I have started to pee around peoples, but sometimes I get failed.<br />
This has become easy for me now, and I feel totally okay to teach it to someone, who ask for the help.<br />
<br />
To make it more simple for you, recently I compiled a whole new book, which deals with the biology to psychology of the Paruresis. The aim of writing this book is to change the past beliefs which are responsible for the Paruresis.<br />
Honestly speaking I have not interviewed some very famous guy or a highly professional therapist in this field. I have to talked to my friends, my neighbors whom I have to deal in day to day life.<br />
<br />
This eBook is available in digital format at the Amazon's Kindle format. You can read it on your kindle device, PC, or any device on which you can install the kindle App/software.<br />
These days you don't have to carry the heavy bundle of the books to read them. To read the "Everyday battle with the Paruresis aka Shy Bladder" all you have to do is to go to the Amazon store, pay the the price of few dollars, and download it on your kindle device and then start reading.<br />
It is less costly and less heavy or say, 0 gram heavy, right?<br />

Hi there,<br />
I think the reason why you stumbled on this page is because you are also someone who is dealing with this skin problem. I didn't know the name of the problem which I have, I searched for the symptoms that I had and found this name 'Eczema'.<br />
Eczema is an allergy related to the skin, a person suffering from this condition gets his skin peeled off, under certain allergic conditions of the environment.<br />
The condition that I have is that when-ever there is seasonal variations, either from winter to summer or summer to winter my skin of hands, specifically near to the tips of the fingers starts to get peeled.<br />
<br />
First there is a burning sensation, sometimes there are red and white spots, denoting the jamming of the blood at spots and then there are formation of the dead skin spots. Dead skin spots are followed after the formation of the some water type liquid spots underneath those dead skin spots.<br />
<br />
If medication is not taken, this condition gets so much painful that you can't eat, touch anything which is not cold, or sometimes blood may starts to bleed out. Skin becomes very much sensitive and you can't do almost anything with your hands.<br />
<br />
I came to know that this disease is hereditary, so gets transferred through genes. I see that my parent also has this allergic problem, so that gets proved in my case. I found no details about a permanent cure of the disease so I am sorry I am not going to mention any of it here.<br />
<br />
Every time it happens to me, I am given a tube filled with some cream and few tablets. This time I was having 'Clobetasol Cream BP'. I also took few tablets and they helped me a lot.<br />
<br />
So, what is your condition? Wanna share? Please use the comment box below.<br />

Hi,<br />
Today I am going to write about Paruresis, probably after a period of about 4 months. Today, I have come with more light on this topic to share with you. I met one person through my previous articles on Paruresis on this blog, he asked me this question "Don't you feel shy or afraid to write so openly about your Paruresis?".<br />
<br />
Honest answer was that yes, deep down inside I felt shy and a little insecure to talk about this condition of me. At the same time, up to certain extent, I knew, this was the only path to fight against it. I answered him with a logic behind it, and tried to assure him that nobody really cares if you piss or not piss.<br />
Now when I write about it, only those will read my article who need to read them. He needed to read my articles, so he did and it raised that curiosity in him to ask that question. If I look back to the months that passed after ward, I have lived them more happily. Now he is a good friend of me in Facebook.<br />
<br />
One of the reason of my happiness is that I found the reason behind my condition, I am not in darkness which I was, before I knew about Paruresis. We suffer, when we do not accept the things, more precisely, our THOUGHTS, and if you don't know the reason behind your suffering, you are not able to accept it, and therefore you suffer more.<br />
<br />
Knowing and understanding your problem is half the problem solved, so this understanding of Paruresis which came to me after reading articles by Dr. Steven Soifer, who once shared my blog article link, about Paruresis with others, and many other internet articles and this website Paruresis.org, helped me a lot to get out of the mental pain.<br />
I won't lie to you anything, I am on the path of the recovery and I know that there is light at the end of this tunnel and I can see it now.<br />
<br />
Thanks for your kind visit!<br />

Hi, <br />
<div>
Demon Rakhtabeeja(Blood-seed) was almost invincible because whenever Parvati/Shakti attacked him with her weapons, every drop of his blood turned into another Rakhta-beeja. She had to do something different to kill him. </div>
<div>
What she did was something un-thinkable, she drank his blood to every single drop. This was the only way she could do to kill the demon. I came to know this story through an article on today's Punjab Kesri(local newspaper).</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Beautifully they linked this story with our consciousness and thoughts of our mind. Every person has their own thoughts and when something is not acceptable to them, that is called suffering. We are sad or angry or tears when something is not acceptable to us. </div>
<div>
These harmful thoughts are the Rakhta-beeja which when fall on the ground can turn into another Rakhta-beeja. Now if we start accepting our own thoughts similar to Shakti did to the Rakhta-beeja we will not suffer due to our thoughts.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
For doing that we have to turn our consciousness into Shakti which can eat every single thought, so that there is no unwanted thoughts. Shakti is here and everywhere, it is vast to endless boundaries, in order to catch every single thought, so has to be your consciousness.<br />
<br /></div>

I hope you liked this..</div>

Hi,<br />
I read an article on a Hindi Newspaper which specified me the dates of the up-coming Nav-Ratri festival. This 9 days Hindu Festival is devoted to the Goddess Durga/Shakti/Mahamaya and many other names.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Image of Shakti with Nine Arms (Nine forms of Shakti) - Image Source: Wikipedia</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Vasant/Chatra Nav-Ratri 2014 <b><i>starts on</i></b> <b><i>March 31 and ends on April 8th, 2014</i></b>.<br />
This is the time when Winter changes into Summer and therefore fasting also helps our digestion system to adapt to the new season.<br />
Only Goddess is worshiped because this is believed that everything started from the Goddess. Shiva without Shakti is not possible and Shiva got Siddhi only due to Shakti. Shakti is everywhere in everything.<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>When did Nava-Ratri Festival started?</b></li>
</ul>
I have no evidence but the article says that this started at the creation of the universe. First of all Lord Vishnu followed the Nav-Ratri fast for killing a "Madhu" named demon and got the success. Lord Shiva did this fast for killing Tripurasura named demon. Jupiter followed it when Moon abducted his Bhaayan.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Nav-Ratris are celebrated 5 times a year</b></li>
</ul>
They are named as <div>
<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li><b><i>Vasant Nav-Ratri</i></b> : 9 days dedicated to nine forms of Shakti in the month of Chatra(March-April)</li>
<li><i style="font-weight: bold;">Gupta Nav-Ratri: </i>9 days dedicated to nine forms of Shakti in the month of Ashad (June-July)</li>
<li><i style="font-weight: bold;">Sharad Nav-Ratri: </i>Also known as Mah-Nav-Ratri, is celebrated on the pratipada(1st day) of bright fortnight of the lunar month of Ashvina.</li>
<li><i style="font-weight: bold;">Paush Nav-Ratri: </i>9 days dedicated to 9 forms of Shakti in the month of Paush(December-January). They are observed on the Shukla Paksha(Waxing phase) of Paush.</li>
<li><i style="font-weight: bold;">Magha Nav-Ratri: </i>Also referred as Gupta Nav-Ratri are 9 days dedicated to 9 forms of Shakti on the month of Magha(January- February) in the Shukla Paksha(waxing phase of Moon) of Magha.</li>
</ol>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Why are they named as Nav-Ratri(Nine nights) and not as Nav-Din(Nine Days)?</b></li>
</ul>
Our senses are active during the day time and they are busy with the worldly matters but at night our senses are asleep. If our senses gets sleep in the day also then we will experience the days similar to the nights so, there will be nights only.<br />
If we forget about the worldly matters for nine days and nights and fast and worship the Goddess Durga we make complete Nav-Ratri. For continuous nine days we have to experience nine nights of 24 hours each in which we worship the Goddess.<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Importance of the Nav-Ratri and why she is named as Durga?</b></li>
</ul>
<br />
After killing a demon named as "Durg" she got this name "Durga". After worshiping Durga one can get the desired wealth and spouse.<br />
<b> <i>Bhootani Durga Bhuvnani, Striyo Narshchapi Pashushach Durga</i></b><br />
<b><i> Yadhyadhi Dushyakhalu Shaiv Durga, Durga Swaroopadparam na Kashchipad.</i></b><br />
One who meditates on Durga gets the Brahma Gyan. When you get the Brahma Gyan, there is nothing more to get.<br />
<br />

There are few things which surprises me, I never knew that having a longer second toe has anything to do with anything in my life.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiN_Fg9tRL2nVO5Vn2snlswIMlSsrgr1RJzENK229b8mZcpaA3cKKt43ERAOxDZd_CTRufDRecV_NOEbX8QC2UlgeE-_vdtfSFioBusIRz5E2Itoc7RxORufTEvUIcZ_VdgXKU0c97yknXi/s1600/Mt.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiN_Fg9tRL2nVO5Vn2snlswIMlSsrgr1RJzENK229b8mZcpaA3cKKt43ERAOxDZd_CTRufDRecV_NOEbX8QC2UlgeE-_vdtfSFioBusIRz5E2Itoc7RxORufTEvUIcZ_VdgXKU0c97yknXi/s1600/Mt.jpg" height="221" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Morten's Toe (wiki image)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<b>What is Morten's Toe?</b><br />
Look at your foot and see if the second toe or the first finger adjacent to the toe is longer than the toe itself. That might be an indication of having a Morten's toe but, you have to look for the length of the metatarsal bones. If the first metatarsal bone is shorter than the second metatarsal bone or if first bone is elevated with respect to the other metatarsal bones, that reflects a Morten's toe.<br />
<br />
If this is the case then most probably you are one of those people who are having Morten's toe. This is a medical term which was named after a doctor Mr. Dudley Morten who also wrote a book on this particular topic.<br />
<br />
<b>How does this effect your life?</b><br />
<br />
Initially having a Morten's toe was assumed or perceived as a royal symbol specifically in the Greek culture where their warriors were preferred which were having Morten's toe. Another reason for getting happy about having Morten's toe is the fact that Statue of liberty also has Morten's toe or longer second toe.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHuf1KzAZYfQ8lOlC2Ib-7WchVk4RoWZxZvRcI1lCYE0D1adESiGNBH0WUFKj5lYA24xcsz3JC7gfIBhyphenhyphen3dTemLMqvs3yLRaASc20efZVlO_2Sr6l6e2pA750g23nA2vKjXtH0rty1JJ3c/s1600/MT2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHuf1KzAZYfQ8lOlC2Ib-7WchVk4RoWZxZvRcI1lCYE0D1adESiGNBH0WUFKj5lYA24xcsz3JC7gfIBhyphenhyphen3dTemLMqvs3yLRaASc20efZVlO_2Sr6l6e2pA750g23nA2vKjXtH0rty1JJ3c/s1600/MT2.jpg" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Statue of Liberty and Morten's toe</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
I could also have fooled myself with the same facts but the reality is something different. When you have Morten's toe the pressure of your body which is mainly taken up by the mount at the base of the first toe will come on the mount at the base of the second toe.<br />
Due the elevated first metatarsal bone, this will not take any load because, this will not touch the ground. That way load has to come on the other bones only and that will result in the pain.<br />
<br />
Pain may not be restricted to the foot but it may grow in whole body. Aggression and irritation are its after effects.<br />
<b>What are remedies?</b><br />
As per my research Dr. Morten and few others has suggested few remedies such as insertion of a base plate below the first flange or first joint to compensate for the elevated bone. Also few other suggest surgery for making the first bone equal in length as that of the second toe.<br />
When you have long walks resulting in pain it may be beneficial to massage your feet. Take a rolled pad of small diameter and you can move you feet on those pads, this may give you relief from the pain.<br />
<br />
I will share more if I know more, Thanks for your kind visit!<br />

Hi,<br />
Every night before going to bed, we used to speak these lines in a gathering at the terrace of our hostel at the boarding school.<br />
<br />
<b><i>"Om Bhur bhuva sawah tat savitur varenyam,</i></b><br />
<b><i>bhargo devasya dheemahi dhiyo yo nah prachodayat"</i></b><br />
<br />
I lived in hostel for six years at JNV Pandoh(Mandi) and it was a daily routine and necessity to say the night prayer. What I understood about the mantra at that time was that this is a prayer to the Goddess Gayatri to do something good in our life.<br />
I searched for the meaning and Mantra in the internet because, everyday for 6 years, is a long period of time and I must know the meaning of it. Many articles write that every word that we utter is just not a mechanical utterance but they create some vibrations of particular frequency. <br />
Om is known as a word of most powerful frequency and it is believed that initially universe was just a word "Om". Sorry, I don't have any evidence or much experience to prove that right or wrong but yes if you say that word "om" in mind or with tongue, you get a relaxed state of mind.<br />
<br />
From a website 'askganesha.com', I came to know that gayatri mantra was discovered by sage Vishwamitra. Maharishi Vishwamitra is also credited as author of most of the mandala 3 of the Rigveda which I have not read yet. If you have and if interested in discussing please leave a comment below.<br />
<br />
This website explains the meaning of the Gayatri mantra in the following lines:<br />
"<u>(Om) We meditate (Dheemahi) upon the spiritual effulgence (Bhargo) of that adorable supreme divine reality (Varenyam Devasya), the source(Svitur) of the physical(Bhur), the astral(Bhuva), and the heavenly(Savaha) Spheres of existence. May that (Tat), Supreme divine being enlighten (Prachodayat) our (Nah) intellect(Dhiyo) (so that we may realize the supreme truth)."</u><br />
<br />
Above lines of the Gayatri Mantra were then followed by the following lines:<br />
<br />
<b><i>"Om Asato maa sad gamaya , </i></b><br />
<b><i> tamaso maa jyotir gamaya,</i></b><br />
<b><i>mrtyor maa amritam gamaya"</i></b><br />
<b><i><br /></i></b>
I partly understood the meaning of the above mantra but now I understand this.<br />
'Om Asato maa sad gamaya' means Om(I meditate), take me from lie or non-reality(Asat) to truth or reality(Sad).<br />
"Tamaso maa jyotir gamaya" - means take me from darkness or ignorance(Tamas) to light or knowledge(Jyoti).<br />
"Mrtyor maa amritam gamaya"- means take me from the death(Mrtyo) or cycle of birth and death to enlightenment or Moksha(amritam).<br />
<br />
I can understand the meaning to a deeper level now because, I was a kid then, do you have further deeper meaning? Please share with me.<br />
I read it somewhere that if you chant a mantra with its meaning in your mind it increases the effects to many thousand times. I don't know the truth of that but that is what I read. If you are interested you can experiment that for your self.<br />
<br />
Thanks for your kind visit!<br />

Hi,<br />
<div>
I am always curious to know the truth behind the mystical tales which, I frequently listen but, my skepticism had weightily won till 9th March 2014. I know such tales are not limited to district Mandi of Himachal Pradesh, they are endless in number and boundless to places in the world. You might already have or not have experienced anything supernatural but, if you are curious, please read on.</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Brief introduction about Bada Deo Kamrunag:</b></li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
This story that I post here today, is a supernatural and real story which, just happened in the time of Maha-Shiv-Ratri this year i.e. 2014. It spans for about seven days and it happened in front of my own and of several other eyes of people of Mandi town and its surroundings.</div>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">A map view of Deo Kamru-Nag lake(wikimapia)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Story is about the Rain-God of district Mandi of Himachal Pradesh, famous as "Bada Deo Kamrunag". He lives on the abode of snow i.e. Himalayas, at an altitude of 3500 meters. First you have to reach Rohanda which, is connected through a road distance of 56 km from Mandi and then a vertical walking distance of 9 km from Rohanda to Deo Kamrunag.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Way to this heavenly, beautiful and peaceful place where he resides is surrounded with the Devdar and oak trees and at the center of temple place is this famous Kamrunag lake which, is known for its endless wealth of gold and silver. There are stories of failed attempts of steeling this wealth by thieves but Kamrunag himself protects the wealth so, success has been denied.</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Kamrunag gets angry</b></li>
</ul>
There was a heavy rain weather forecast on 4th, 5th and 7th of March 2014, given by a trustworthy weather forecast agency.</div>
<div>
This year and since recent years, weather forecast has provided very accurate dates for the raining and shining. I remember that it rained and snowed on exact dates in the month of January and February and till the day on which Maha-Shiv-Ratri Mela started.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
On the first day of the Maha-Shiv-Ratri fair when Deo Kamrunag expected himself to be welcomed with a transcendental music of his traditional instruments, Mela committee forgot that they were doing a mistake. Instead of what the lord demands and accepts as true honor, they produced a party of musicians which are famous in the Hindu marriages and popularly are known as 'Baje wale'.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Deo Kamrunag didn't like this and in return sky started to produce big sized hails. Yes! this was a news in the next morning newspaper which, wrote that people started running to shelter for saving their heads from highly gravitated hails.</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Effects on Mahashiv-ratri fair 2014</b></li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
This is not the end of the story because, Kamrunag had not enough yet. On the next day and on another next day it rained. This directly effected the economy and joy of the fair because rain has almost stopped the business. No body loved to do the shopping on a muddy ground and raining sky. Adding more to it, there was a heavy rain and snow weather forecast for the dates 4th, 5th and 7th of the March. </div>
<div>
Imagine the financial impact on the person who, has bought a mild space for mounting a swing ride for a price of more than INR 27 Lacs(exact figure might be larger). If it rains no body is going to take up his swing ride seats.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>Deo over-writes the weather forecast</b></li>
</ul>
As usual while, taking lunch meal at the college canteen of JNGEC, I got excited to listen this un-usual topic, it was 04th March, the day of expected heavy rainfall. Along with me were Mr. Tarun, Miss Madhu Gautam and Mrs. Bedatrayi Shaha and we were discussing the new weather forecast given by Deo Kamrunag which contradicted with the expectations of the weather forecasting agency. This is how it happened:</div>
<div>
<br />
Soon, when Mela committee and others realized their mistake, they went to Deo and pleaded sorry and asked for a fair weather. In return Deo Kamrunag announced a rain-free sky till the end of the fair i.e. 9th March. For that to become true, earlier weather forecast was to be overwritten. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Who can dare to stop the clouds from raining? No one! .. no one among us but, he is rain-God. He can do that, fair enough?</div>
<div>
"I will write a blog post if this new weather forecast comes out to be true.", I announced in my high pitch voice while discussion was still to go a further till, the end of the meal.</div>
<div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>I am writing this blog post</b></li>
</ul>
This doesn't need a high level of IQ to judge that it happened. It rained heavily on 10th March but, on 4th, 5th and 7th March weather forecast became a lie. It sprinkled few drops on 4th or maybe 5th March, but that was in-significant to effect the fair and if you remember sky was completely dark on these days but still no rain. Sounds miracle!<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
I must tell you that rain-God showed his power, clouds showed up for few times but, didn't dare to lose the drops off their bowls. They held them so tight that they showed up in completely dark color with huge water density, on 10th and 11th March. Rain started on 10th March and while I am writing this post on evening of 11th March 2014, sky is still roaring and raining continuously with few hours breaks in between.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Thanks for your visit!</div>
<div>
Take care and bbye!</div>

Hi,<br />
If you know Jesus and Buddha and other prophets of God, hopefully you know that Shiva is a Hindu God, one of the three main Gods.<br />
What makes him such a lovely personality? I think to understand Shiva one has to dip their head into the stories written in the ancient scriptures, they make us understand the true personality of Shiva.<br />
<br />
In his book "7 secrets of Shiva", Devdutt Pattanayak talks about Shiva. Using the mythical stories of Shiva which you can find written in the ancient Indian/Vedic scriptures he has tried to teach us the reasons behind the famous names of Shiva.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgO85VyTZwTF8p3Epo48eQS6POe9gRCNoZzNxiUCkVltu0TLS679VrZJK88S3ekzO6f-3P75bJwOVY4i5LBizLiE0cYeOblpDSQbn0uqu0mpMDy4GYdOCj6_gFmhYhP29NpQsKP8saZwqp/s1600/Shiva+out+of+pillar.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhgO85VyTZwTF8p3Epo48eQS6POe9gRCNoZzNxiUCkVltu0TLS679VrZJK88S3ekzO6f-3P75bJwOVY4i5LBizLiE0cYeOblpDSQbn0uqu0mpMDy4GYdOCj6_gFmhYhP29NpQsKP8saZwqp/s1600/Shiva+out+of+pillar.jpg" height="400" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">First appearance of Shiva(central) from pillar - Ellora caves (courtesy - personal.carthage.edu/)</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
While Vishnu and Brahma were arguing about their lordship over the world which was created by Brahma, Shiva appeared out of that Pillar and told Brahma that no body is going to worship him because he just lied about finding the end of the pillar to show himself more able than Vishnu. That is why Shiva is worshiped by everyone and is supreme lord.<br />
<br />
Vishnu was truthful because he told Brahma that he didn't find the ends of pillar so, Shiva got happy with his truthfulness and curiosity to know the truth. He told Brahma that no-body is going to worship him because of his narrow vision but every-one will worship Vishnu because he wanted to explore the truth.<br />
<br />
In subsequent stories Shiva is described as wearing nothing because he was beyond the social norms. Then in later stories he learns the social norms with the help of Sati and Parvati. Otherwise, he is pictured as a non-clothed hermit who put ash on his body and wears a cobra as a garland on his neck.<br />
<br />
He wears a tiger skin which relates us to another story of him hunting down a tiger which was sent to kill him by some jungle wandering hermits performing yajnas. He holds a trident in one hand and a trumpet on another hand. He loves Yoga and meditation and mostly remains in meditative state with closed eyes.<br />
<br />
He is out of the cycle of life and death. He is the one who inspires and shows the path of enlightenment to the common man. He is known as Bholenath because when someone worship him with complete devotion he blesses them without making any discrimination. He don't care if you are rich or poor and bad or good.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8mjqJDu5kghbWAcfiw4QUruqcgatYbwQ3_IM-rmut0ZKBr3zvjXScps03N-NvhMZxPdPRhcOwMHqZhALe43W5IXwZzauEr9RcRr_-N4A5BXA-azQGRWB6Fjv3jIItXTzHf8RPRK3mmD3k/s1600/Shiva+marriage+processon.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8mjqJDu5kghbWAcfiw4QUruqcgatYbwQ3_IM-rmut0ZKBr3zvjXScps03N-NvhMZxPdPRhcOwMHqZhALe43W5IXwZzauEr9RcRr_-N4A5BXA-azQGRWB6Fjv3jIItXTzHf8RPRK3mmD3k/s1600/Shiva+marriage+processon.jpg" height="180" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Paintings showing Shiva's marriage procession </td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
He came sitting on the bull to ask hand of Parvati from her father and was followed by a huge population of spirits and vultures. He discriminates among no one and when people watched the sight of a man coming on a bull wearing ash all over his body they were feared.<br />
<br />
This shows a complete lack of social knowledge on Shiva's part. After marrying Parvati there are several stories which shows the same characteristics of Shiva.<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7rtQyBvAgdZld-5tGxHv9UAW17c_7zhL2WISH6G-C1FhII8DXXtZD9gqVIRjdDdEaUyROp5nFCQMOT-0s2tbPVD4LHpmIK9pht3-SDkNudtfMznrtUDtqMPyWceX2-mZErUAEuVNeCFiB/s1600/Shiva+with+children.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj7rtQyBvAgdZld-5tGxHv9UAW17c_7zhL2WISH6G-C1FhII8DXXtZD9gqVIRjdDdEaUyROp5nFCQMOT-0s2tbPVD4LHpmIK9pht3-SDkNudtfMznrtUDtqMPyWceX2-mZErUAEuVNeCFiB/s1600/Shiva+with+children.jpg" height="320" width="229" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Shiva as a family man with his consort Parvati and children</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
Shiva has two children Karthikeya and Ganesha but they are not normal children, their stories of birth and life are very different than the normal human beings.<br />
<br />
You must know that "Yoga and meditation" and even "Tantra" which is taught with Shiva and Shakti as its central characters are one of the spiritual contributions of Shiva to world which are non-comparable to anything.<br />
I think Shiva has given more than anyone else to this world. I don't know if he was a historical person or not because there are no evidences of supernatural events which are related to stories of Shiva but, the concept or more specifically the personality of Shiva in itself is God's personality.<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Shiva is worshiped by the family men as well as the Jungle wandering hermits alike because, he lived a life which related to everyone's life. He is a complete personality to resemble and inspire anyone who want to seek the spiritual path of liberation.<br />
<br />
Thanks for visiting!<br />

Hi,<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I am reading books on spirituality and almost every book talks about the 'Kundlini' which have other names also like 'Shakti' and 'vajravrahi' etc. This energy is the source of enlightenment for any human being.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Shakti rests at the base of our spine at the "Root Chakra". There are 6 more Chakras located along the spine of he human body which it has to travel up to finally get dissolved in the "Shiva", or vast cosmic mind. This way you get the energy from the Universal mind, or universal spirit which is endless. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Your source of energy is now endless and you can achieve whatever you want to achieve. There are endless stories of the historical saints and monks who have achieved this enlightened state and makes us amazed and curious to know about this state.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Today, an average person wants a happy and stress free life. After using the other ways like drugs, one will either have a suicide or finally has to come back for the real solution.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This is the reason that understanding the spirituality is so important. So, let's start with the introduction to the 7 Chakras:</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>(1) Root Chakra</b></div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>
<div>
<b>color: <span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #cc0000;">Red</span></span></b></div>
<div>
This Chakra is located at the base of the spine and is the base of the identity of a person. It has an energy of the Red color.</div>
<div>
<b>Problems associated: </b></div>
<div>
<b><i>Emotional:</i></b>Anxiety about money, fear, insecurity, low self-esteem, depression, self-centered-ness and distrust.</div>
<div>
<i style="font-weight: bold;">Physical: </i>Lowe back pain, body weight issues, constipation, sexual dysfunction in men.</div>
<div>
When this Chakra is balanced you feel strong, safe, grounded and supported.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

</div>
<div>
<div style="text-align: right;">
</div>
<br /></div>
<div>
(2)<b> Sacral Chakra</b></div>
<div>
<b><br /></b></div>

Hi<br />
Came to know about link between your personality and sleeping style. Psychologist have penetrated into almost every act of our day to day life which we do non-consciously. I was on Facebook when a Facebook Page known as "General Knowledge" posted this picture describing the personality links with sleeping style:<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAcJ2jr1nDYaiZgAdWyX_x6B_CiWozGaXFG3qjdvzLFTs-BmuUUogQFfmYzkx76ho9r4uspPwhuiGH9M-Ob3GuoQ32l9TwoKAZxFB0ShBPDJz1z98XNPfr5TySjmOeomODS72wcSFk-pVA/s1600/Sleeping+style+and+your+personality.jpg" imageanchor="1"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAcJ2jr1nDYaiZgAdWyX_x6B_CiWozGaXFG3qjdvzLFTs-BmuUUogQFfmYzkx76ho9r4uspPwhuiGH9M-Ob3GuoQ32l9TwoKAZxFB0ShBPDJz1z98XNPfr5TySjmOeomODS72wcSFk-pVA/s640/Sleeping+style+and+your+personality.jpg" height="499" width="640" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">Sleeping style tells your personality</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
There is another good article I came to read on internet which I will post the link here:<br />
<div>
<a href="http://healthyliving.msn.com/health-wellness/men/what-your-sleep-position-says-about-you">http://healthyliving.msn.com/health-wellness/men/what-your-sleep-position-says-about-you</a></div>
<div>
I think they also share the same views. I am confused which position of take on, because They are finding the faults in each position. I want to be a social butterfly but in the article they say that such people are easy to fool, because they trust almost anyone. I want to be disciplined like the people of the soldier position but I don't want to be reserved. I want to be a party person but I don't want to take the criticism personally. I want to be a good listener but I want the limelight too. So friends can you help me to chose a position to sleep with?</div>
<div>
I would love to know your position, and your views.</div>
<div>
Thanks</div>

You might be thinking how come I am writing on this topic, well I am a habitual blogger, and I have to write something productive constantly. I hope the following lines will be productive to you, and you will be productive for me if you could kindly put your views about this article in the bottom. Now take a deep breadth and read the rest of the article.<br />
The secret to keep your belly in is nothing but the habits which you have to focus and maintain constantly. I don't care what your habits are right now, if you have a fat belly, then the habits are bad and are to be replaced with the habits which will give you a smooth belly. I am not a muscular person and many people think that I am week but I think I am a fit person, and the I can tell you why.<br />
I can step up a 9km vertical trek on Himalaya, I can step up the 4 story building in a very relaxed way. I can run about 1 km and I feel awesome when I do that. So, that gives me sign that I am a fit person. In the recent years I lost the habit of my childhood which has made me like, and I was getting weak(still not fat), and when I again get on those habits I feel that energy again.<br />
So here are the habits which one most follow:<br />
<b>Running: </b>In my sixth grade, I got admitted in Navdaya Vidyalaya(Mandi) and what they told us to do, wake up at 5:00AM and then get fresh, and then go for a run in the nearby playground, until I get my breathe totally high, then it will follow with a beautiful exercise routine. The whole boys and girls has to follow the routine, and By God! I miss this whole routine these days, because I can never have so many friends along with me running in the morning itself. You will see that when you put this habit in you, it will make you a very successful person. Everybody has all the time available. If you think Akshay Kumar is a busy person, he will tell you that he has sufficient time to do the regular running and exercises, so does, John Abraham and So does Robin Sharma. They put their time on their lifestyle and that is what makes them successful.<br />
Make this one habit and I think you will know about the other habits by yourself. Also try to meditate regularly because it will give you the better path.<br />
Learn to listen to your body, it gives you signals and shows you the way to make it fit. Just start doing the running and exercises you will feel great!<br />

Hi, How you doing?<br />
<br />
I surfed the internet for cure to the Paruresis/Shy Bladder Syndrome but, I have not reached at a solution which can guaranty you anything.<br />
I am now acquainted with few techniques which are suggested by a numbers of people talking on the internet forums. I came to know about an eBook named "Urinate Now" but, it is heavily priced and it made me feel much bad about being Paruretic. Why someone has to pay to learn to pee?<br />
<br />
Here are the list of the things that you can do:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li> <b><u>One mindset</u></b> that can be helpful is: There is no body who is going to talk about your penis being small or big, so there is no need to hide it while you are peeing. Have you ever talked about a guy having a small penis which you observed while you were peeing? I think you have not, and so is the case with anyone around us and in fact you never saw other's penis while urinating.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li> No body is going to talk about a stranger's penis being small or big. One best thing you can do is walk naked in your room, with 4 to 5 friends around there, you will see that if they are straight no body is going to give a fuck about it. </li>
<li>Remember, if anyone judges you, that is their own problem. Have you ever seen Manneken Statue of Brussell? The kid is pissing in such a relaxed mood in front of whole world.</li>
</ul>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Other trick to engage your mind for your benefit is to start counting in backward direction like 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0. People has experienced that back counting helps your mind to get distracted from getting being conscious. </li>
<li>Other thing you can try is sum up two numbers like 432+435 in your mind. When you engage your mind on that, water will start flowing on its own and you can increase the speed if you want, just like you can do with the tap water, by opening or closing the tap to different degrees.</li>
<li> Open a nearby tap, just before you start peeing. The sound of water flowing makes you feel relaxed and the water from the shaft will also start coming out.</li>
<li> Ask the normal people, that what does they thing when they pee in the urinals, they will tell you that they don't even think about peeing, their mind is always busy thinking about some important assignment, or the bus they have to take, or the friend who is waiting outside or they might be talking to a friend standing in the next urinals and still they are peeing. Peeing together is a good rapport building exercise. It means that you are comfortable around your them.</li>
<li>Start meditating on the pictures in which you are pissing along with the other people in the toilet. Some people suggest to think about the root of the problem, cause of the problem, but I think that thinking about the cause will make it worse instead of that we should focus on the solution of the problem. Picture yourself with other people in the toilet and meditate on that picture until it becomes normal imagination for your self. </li>
<li>If you are suffering from shy bladder, I am sure it is hard for you to picture yourself pissing along with the other people in the toilet. The word pissing in itself is horrible for you. Imagine everybody saying pisssssssssssss along with you while you piss there in the toilet and water flowing toward the bowl. Say those words in mind, I think everybody does that sub-consciously while pissing.</li>
<li>Some people hold their breath until the water comes out. Try whatever you can and find out what works for you. I am sure there is something which will work for you.</li>
</ul>
<br />
I don't guaranty anything, you have to find out what works for you.<br />
Thanks for your kind visit! </div>

Hi, How you doing?<br />
Today I am going to talk anything about mental stress so, read at your own risk. This page is written only with a motivation to release my mental stress of the day.<br />
<br />
People get affected with other people around them. A mother gets affected by the behavior of her child and a child gets affected by the behavior of father, so vice verse.<br />
<div>
If someone felt cheated in love, another one will be cheated so a chain reaction starts which goes on multiplying. It is human nature these days, and I can see a lot of people getting under this chain.<br />
<br />
I myself feel that I am part of this chain and I feel very bad for it. It feels like you are tied to a chain which you can not open but you want to be free. I have shared the Paruresis and its effects and it is still there. </div>
<div>
It is human nature that when you feel non-comfortable around others even if they does not intend to make you non-comfortable you will try to make the non-comfortable when the opportunity comes.</div>
<div>
The irony of the situation is this that other never intend to make you non-comfortable while you are urinating in the public toilet but it is hard wired into your mind to become non-comfortable. Sub-consciously you might be having fear from the people in there. At some part of life when you get the time you will also make other people fear from you without any reason for real.<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
This is enough reason to not have any type of un-necessary mental pressure on your mind. If you have any kind of phobia, please try to overcome it as early as possible because it can affect you social life to great extent and day by day you will feel bad and more bad.<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
Phobias can be cured because there are numbers of techniques which might be also available online. The path is to honestly follow those who has conquered those fears. Every successful person might had some kind of phobia in his/her life, and when they overcame it they became the most courageous person in life.<br />
<br />
Thanks for your kind attention.</div>

I think the only way to have a normal peeing experience is to have the mindset of a normal person. I think a normal person can have following things on his mind while he is urinating:<br />
He might be observing the steel ring at the center of the bowl shaped. Or he might be looking at the color of the sheet which might be discolored by the use by a numbers of people or it might be cleaned and shining. He might be observing the length breadth and height of the sheet, and one thing which most of the people do is, observe the urine flow through their urethra into the bowl and then it flows out through the holes and then to ultimate it goes into sewage treatment plant, that can also be the imagination under imagination.<br />
They might also be talking to someone else standing next to them, about anything in a relaxed a manner, but still looking at the urine flowing out. I have observed that they love to look at the urine flowing out. I think it relaxes them more and they enjoy to watch it flow out. Some of them will spit out after they finish their duty and then they zip up.<br />
That is what I have constantly observed and I have to use the same mindset and patterns to have the same normal experience. I know it is easier said than done for a person suffering from this shyness but this is the most normal, most relaxing way to do it. It is the best way to do it, and you and I have to accept it. </div>

<b>Below is a self talk of a man suffering from Paruresis/Shy Bladder. This will be a tiring job to read the whole post so, start only if you are someone who is interested to know the mind of a Paruretic.</b><br />
<b><br /></b>
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihAqXeSZkezWjqe9Z3Y1dH2FFdpdMqYajD4fOWVBxP8H9Ecrv68FPoGs7gsYkDUgtR_R169aP6ZKd0toB6RmfgAHyiGoZae_Yz1LDUSwiYwvD4dDSEcz7vAku2-YjUud6bbvZVCB5yHFK4/s1600/shy+bladder.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEihAqXeSZkezWjqe9Z3Y1dH2FFdpdMqYajD4fOWVBxP8H9Ecrv68FPoGs7gsYkDUgtR_R169aP6ZKd0toB6RmfgAHyiGoZae_Yz1LDUSwiYwvD4dDSEcz7vAku2-YjUud6bbvZVCB5yHFK4/s1600/shy+bladder.jpg" height="231" width="320" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">courtesy: as shown in image</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<b><br /></b>
<div>
So if you are one of the chosen one, and hate it, have you ever observed what does it feel like when you are standing there at the urinals and don't know what to do?<br />
<div>
I asked this question to myself and got no answer earlier because I have observed that my mind goes blank when I am standing there.<br />
<br />
Then I was advised through some writings of Jake Rubin through his book "Urinate Now" and tried to focus on my thought. It is very hard thing to track your mind when it is out of control. It has its own flow and you can not catch it at such instances. Then I thought to do another thing to help myself. I stepped into the urinal and clicked the photo of the urinal itself when no one was there and looked at it in my relaxed hours in my room to find out how does it feel to look at the urinal. I asked my mind why does it not allow my body to urinate in there.<br />
<br />
It has no specific answer it goes blank, but then I dug some deeper. All I can say is that it is more busy with something else. It is busy with something else than urinating in there. I realized that I have not observed the urinals comfortably and it looks somewhat different when I look at it from the comfort of my room chair. I can observe now that there are seven holes to let the urine pass to the attached pipe.<br />
There are stains on the sheet which make it look ugly. One feeble reply from my mind was these dirty stains which make it uncomfortable to urinate, but then I retaliate that stains are there when nobody else is present in the room and I am able to urinate at that time.<br />
<br /></div>
<div>
My mind says that it is not good to urinate at such dirty and stinky places in presence of the other people because you are a clean man and it decrease your value. So that means my mind has a belief that a man with higher value do not like the stinky places when other people are present there, otherwise they will not treat you well because they will know that you have low standards.<br />
<br />
I told my mind that people do not even think and they don't care about all these thoughts in my mind. They themselves urinate at such places and it is the best place to urinate because this way you are helping to protect the environment from getting dirty and stinky. My mind is a good listener and it nodded in agreement but it needs practice to follow my advise to urinate just like the common man do.<br />
<br />
I told my mind that people can be judged from there health, status and talk about their standards. A person who is intelligent and still humble, friendly, smiling and helping will have good standards in life. A person who meditates, take physical exercises, eats well and is punctual to his work will have the higher standards in life. Those are the grounds on which a person can be judged for his/her standards in life. My mind has to have the courage to accept this truth and must allow my body to relieve from the further suffering.<br />
<br /></div>
</div>
<div>
I got a link to download this ebook named as "Urinate Now" by Jake Rubin and I read it one go. I came to know that this book comes with a heavy price but there is no copyrights information on the ebook itself so I feel less guilty, however if I get the good results from the information given in this book, I will pay the price to the Author whenever I get the opportunity but currently it is not possible for me pay the money. I want to thank Jake Rubin to take time to write this ebook and I think it really is helpful because I saw some transformations going on in my mind. </div>
<div>
Thank you for your time!</div>
<div>
take care!</div>
