If you are a person who love to keep your body fit, then you must know the secret behind to keep your body in the desired shape. The secret is the strong determination and which will lead to the consistency in your efforts.
It happened many times with me that I started to workout one day and then I will forget it in few days. It did not provide the required results. Now it is 3 months and I  am continuous for the first time.
I am determined with my thoughts to make myself fit, no matter what it takes to do that.
