John Abraham and health

For body builders and health freaks, it is always  inspirational to see John Abraham. He has a height of 6'1" and he has the perfect muscular body as per his height. Here is a short information which I gathered from internet. I think this post will inspire me time to time.

John was born on December 17, 1972. John used to play Football and Basketball since his childhood and recently you might have seen he being associated to Hockey too. I think he loves sports from his deep heart.

He has an athletic body and never had problem like obesity even in his childhood that is what internet articles say.
In spite of his busy schedule he finds out 2-3 hours a day to work for his body. John says that his body building is based on a Mantra of 'three basic supporting legs' just like the three legs of a tripod stand: Healthy Food, Healthy Sleep and Healthy Routine.

There is so much written about his workout plan and routines that I don't know which one to believe so, guys stop searching random articles.  I know it is hard to reach John directly but, we have to watch his Youtube videos of his interviews on his health routine.
