What is definition of Health?

According to WHO i.e. World Health organisation the Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

The definition is under the controversy due to the use of the word "complete".
These days people do the regular check up to know if they are healthy or not.
I think the things which one has to check to know if they are physically healthy or not are as below:

1. Body Weight, (BMI - body mass index)
2. Sugar level
3. Blood Pressure
4. Dental Check up
5. Eye check up.
These are the things which one has to check regularly to know if they are fit or not.
If one has to stay fit then they have to eat the healthy food and have to take the regular exercises. Avoid the junk food, cigarrete and alcohol etc.
Having a good daily routine will keep them healthy. Taking a good sleep is also important.
I know everyone has heard all this before but how many people do you know who follow these instructions?
If you really follow a good routine then I am sure you feel healthier each day. YOu will feel each day better than previous.
You will know soon what will work for you and you will have your own list of the things which you work everyday. You will become mentally strong and afterwards you will have a good social life.
So it results into a good health.
No body knows the complete health as there is no line of demarkatoin of it.
